01Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging Reno Mumu for any renovation project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

02Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial renovation services in Toronto & the GTA, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, condo, outdoor, and commercial projects. All services are subject to:

• Availability of materials and scheduling
• Permits or approvals where required
• Written agreements defining scope, pricing, and timelines
• Design is included with your renovation contract.

Standard kitchen and bathroom projects use a 7–14 business day completion standard. Other project completion dates are confirmed in the signed contract. Approved changes and events outside reasonable control may change the schedule in writing.

03Quotes & Pricing

• The confirmed scope and inclusions have a fixed contract price.
• Client-requested changes or contractually excluded hidden conditions require a written change order.
• The contract lists included design, materials, and labour.
• HST, municipal fees, engineer fees, and other third-party fees are separate unless the contract states otherwise.
• Payments follow the milestones stated in the contract.

04Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information
• Secure condo board / landlord approvals if required
• Ensure site access during scheduled hours
• Remove or secure personal belongings before work starts

05Permits & Compliance

We coordinate required permit applications and inspections. Government, engineering and third-party fees are separate unless listed in the contract. Condo-board and landlord approvals remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Electrical work is performed by an Ontario Licensed Electrical Contractor. ESA notification is filed when required, and an ESA Certificate of Acceptance is provided after approval. Reno Mumu's renovation work follows the applicable Toronto T85 requirements.

06Warranty & Liability

1-Year Workmanship Warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply separately. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural or plumbing / electrical issues
• Damages caused by third-party contractors not hired by us
• Delays beyond our control (e.g., supply chain, weather, permitting)

07Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated case-by-case.

08Website Use

• All content on www.renomumu.com is for informational purposes.
• Do not copy or redistribute content without written permission.
• We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our website.

09Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
